The YVF series variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor is a specialized three-phase asynchronous motor powered by a variable frequency speed regulation device. The system composed of the motor and the variable frequency device can achieve infinite speed regulation, thus achieving energy saving and control automation purposes. The YVF series motor adopts a squirrel-cage structure and uses special B and C grade anti-electric corona enamel wire to effectively prevent the winding turn-to-turn caused by the peak voltage generated by the frequency converter, making operation more reliable and maintenance easier. The motor is equipped with an independent axial flow fan to ensure good cooling effect at different speeds. The main performance of this series of motors conforms to the relevant provisions of JB/T7118-2014, and the motor installation size conforms to the provisions of IEC standards. The YVF series motor can be applied to various transmission devices that require speed regulation and is widely used in light industry, textile, chemical, metallurgy, lifting, machine tools and other industries. When coupled with high-precision sensors, it can achieve high-precision closed-loop control.
